 Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from kisseddesigns.com for any reason, you may return the item(s), subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. 

You have 30 DAYS TO RETURN an item to us in its original condition. In limited circumstances Kissed Designs may agree to exceptions from this policy, however, any such agreement will be in Kissed Designs’ sole discretion. Unless an exception is agreed to by Kissed Designs, returns received after 30 days will be automatically rejected.

All “Final Sales” items are final and returns or exchanges will not be allowed. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all charges to ship items for returns or exchanges.

All returns MUST meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • No perfume or other scents

  • No human or animal hair

  • No rips or tears

  • All tags must be attached

  • No other signs of being worn

  • All original packaging must be included

  • No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted

If you fail to return merchandise pursuant to this Return Policy the return may be rejected and returned to the customer without credit. We will contact you via phone and/or email if your return is being rejected. Rejected returns will be sent back to the shipping address on the original order. A $15 rejection processing fee may be charged for all rejected returns.

We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit. 

We will contact you via email once your approved return has been received, inspected, and processed. Refunds, credits and exchanges will typically be processed within 3-5 business days.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process refunds to your account once they have received the information from us. Refunds may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle.

Refusals

If a shipped item is refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier, it will be returned to Kissed Designs and you will be credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping and handling. You will be required to place a new order and will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.

International Returns

You are responsible for all duties or taxes. If you return an item or if an item is refused and we are charged a duty or tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account. Exchanges will not be permitted for international orders.
